ZingHR Onboarding is the mobile onboarding app of ZingHR, an HR software company. New hires complete their joining formalities on their phone, and employers track candidates through the same app.
The problem
Paper onboarding is slow and error-prone, and it does not scale when an enterprise brings on many people at once.
The approach
Candidates sign in with a company code and quick PIN, accept or reject offers, download offer letters, view salary break-ups and submit documents. Employers get a dashboard with candidate lists, statistics, chats and new-candidate entry. Enterprise sign-in and custom native plugins tie it into existing HR systems.
The build
Flutter, REST APIs, enterprise authentication, custom Flutter plugins and secure document handling. 5 months as Flutter Developer at Instance IT Solutions in a team of two.
