Godrej LIVING.
A residential community platform for gated societies: visitors, gate security, maintenance and resident services.
LIVING (Godrej Living) is a residential society and apartment management platform for gated communities, with separate experiences for residents, guards and administrators.
The problem
Gated communities needed a secure, digital way to manage visitors, maintenance payments and resident communication.
The approach
Modules for visitor entry with QR verification, gate security, resident and vehicle management, maintenance requests, complaints and daily-service booking, each shaped around one role.
The build
Flutter with Clean Architecture and BLoC, a Node.js backend over REST, QR verification and push notifications. 8 months as Lead Flutter Developer in a team of three.
