Two production apps for Magicrete, an Indian construction-materials brand: BuildMart, a marketplace for its dealer and distributor network, and Sarthak, an engagement platform for employees and channel partners.
The problem
Dealers and distributors across India needed to order products and manage inventory digitally, often from sites with poor connectivity. Separately, employee and partner engagement, training and HR tasks were spread across several tools.
The approach
BuildMart pairs an enterprise product catalogue and ordering workflow with offline data sync and ERP integration for low-connectivity locations. Sarthak brings loyalty and rewards, attendance and leave, training modules, helpdesk ticketing and analytics into one app.
The build
Flutter, REST APIs, ERP integration, offline-first local storage with background sync, push notifications. BuildMart: 10 months as Senior Flutter Developer at Instance IT Solutions in a team of four. Sarthak: 6 months as Flutter Developer at Instance IT Solutions in a team of two.
